Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returnable Items

If it is within 14 days of purchase and items are unwashed, unworn, undamaged most items can be returned. If items are in less than perfect condition, there will be a 15% restocking fee at Sweet Little Angels discretion. A refund will be issued back to the original payment method or with online credit. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week of receiving the return. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sweetlittleangelspa@gmail.com.

What items cannot be returned??

Promotional items, sale, clearance, mystery bundles, holiday items, hair accessories and swimsuits are all NON-RETURNABLE. Pre Ordered items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

Charges for Returns

If we get the item back in original package, unwashed, unworn and undamaged there will be no charge. However, original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items not returned in the above-mentioned conditions will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sweetlittleangelspa@gmail.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
